I got the RO washed and ready to go. The vacuum house is all insulated and the new releaser works great thanks to flat lander for the help. Going to put a little heat in the sugar house and finish the evaporator and tidy up. Forecast is good for this week.

Well guess im old and fat out of shape. I have had the worst muscle cramps last two days after being in the woods. Im going to try different things here like leave the beer at hometake water with me that might make difference

Well guess im old and fat out of shape. I have had the worst muscle cramps last two days after being in the woods. Im going to try different things here like leave the beer at home
Go out and buy some liquid calcium for your cramps. I get them at times because I'm fat, old and out of shape. If you're cramping up bad just take one or two teaspoons of calcium and the cramps will be gone in less then 60 seconds. A mid wife in Alaska taught me this trick several years ago and I was amazed.
