Default Need NH info in this. If anyone knows???

So I bought a POS farm/plow pickup truck. Does it need an inspection if its registered as a farm/ AG use truck? (there is no way it will ever pass inspection legally and if I never use it on the road does it even have to be registered? I would like to use to for a sap truck too maybe but just may use the trailer on my Tahoe.
may your sap be at 3%

typically vehicals that are used on ones personal property or leased property do not need a registration, unless they cross a public road during their use. That is a federal law. The best thing to do is to contact your motor vehicle office and get a letter from them that can be carried in the unit as to DMVs determination. Then if you get stopped you can provide the authority with the document for their education. Often the authorities do not know the laws well and are glad to be informed.

If it doesn't leave your property, it does not need to be registered. However, you are only allowed to have 2 unregistered vehicles on your property without ruffling feathers. If you register it AG, you have to sign a statement saying that a large portion of your income coming from ag related income. If you do register it AG, it does need to be inspected, but the regulations are much more lax than the regular inspections.
