I'm reading about you all getting an almanac,so I ask if anyone got the mail and no one did,so I go out and get it and I have also received a Maple Syrup Almanac along with a $44 check from the NYS Fair for my maple enteries. I completely forgot about the fair premiums. Can use the extra cash for the LEME.

Got mine in last Friday's mail. Some good information in there!
2012 - First year - 21 taps in our backyard - block arch evaporator with 3 steam table pans!
2013 - 34 taps - all buckets! Season total -- 4.36 gallons of beautiful syrup!
    2014 - Who knows?
