The bittersweet time of the year has arrived Pulled taps from all the off campus trees today.Now the fun begins cleaning all those buckets...covers...spiles! To soon to work up the numbers as to how we did,sure is better than last year!!
Only 300 or so days untill 2014 maple season!!
Thanks to Amber Gold Spring Harvest Farm for all there help boiling when we got behind with our boiling. The maple crowd is one the greatest groups I have ever worked with.
