Ran good here yesterday. We collected 157 gallons and I was done around 11:30 last night. We bottled up almost five gallons. Sugar content was a two. Was still running when I came out of sugar house but stopped during the night, back at it again today. Not going to complain one bit after a two week dry spell.

2024 - 16 taps - buckets on our best producing trees, still boiling on a block arch with slight modifications/refinements over the years.
2021 - 25 taps - all buckets
2013-2020 - 30/41 taps: discovering which trees were the best producers
2012 - First year - 21 taps in our backyard - block arch evaporator with 3 steam table pans!
Ran real well here in Cornish also! Got about 900 Gal after it finally let go and we got the under ground thawed out! Ro this morning and hope for another good run to day.
3x10 Dallalre, oil fired, Stainless steel.
Steam hoods front and rear with preheater.
1500 taps on vac, right to sugar house.
