I just looked and I think I hit it as good as you could tapped 1/27 and flowed till this Saturday!! I will total what I made after I jar what in the filter and coffee urn, somewhere about 7-8 gallons for the year, most of the year was 50:1 or worse. My trees are in a mature forest with 80',90' oaks, popular, they fight for sun but are old and healthy!!!

This is my 5th year of sugarin and by far the best. Collected a little over 600 gallons from 29 taps. Made about 10 gallons of syrup with 120 gallons of sap I'm struggling to find the time to boil. I'm not going to give up on the season yet- I tapped on Jan 27 and this is only the second time since then the sap stopped running because of warm weather. If the long range forecast holds true I think the weather might be good for another week, maybe two. Even if this is the end it's been a really good year

480 gallons . Glad NJ got a good one in . We just dumped all the buckets and I agree that we could get one more run

Did a real dummy tonite and now my pan is a black mess I've scorched small spots a couple of times in the past, nothing major, but this is a mess. If it doesn't clean up easily I'll probably just stick a fork in this season and call it done.
