That could be worked up into a bunch of problems re pints/qts/gallons of sap needed for syrup based on typical sap sugar content. Or how many pancakes you can cover with so much syrup if each pancake uses a set measure. That's actually a problem someone asked here last year in trying to figure out how much syrup was needed for a church pancake breakfast.
