    Default Pan size?

What size pan should I have for 40 to 50 taps? I'd like to boil every 2 or 3 days. Is 2x3 enough??

I had a 2'x4' divided pan w/preheater (evap rate @ 10gph) and 75 taps before I upgraded. I was only able to boil Friday-Sunday and during the big runs it made for long days. I would guess 40-50 taps on a 2'x3' would be sufficient. Is 50 taps your max or can you tap more?
