Nice fire going there. I put in 2 sensors as well. One right under the middle of the syrup pan and one in the flu stack. Cranked up full bore I was getting 1600-1800 under the syrup pan and 7-800 in the stack. I think I need a smaller front pan as I almost burned the first batch coming off.
