5050- nice looking product. I got almost two gallons but forgot to order filtering stuff so it's not bottled yet. It supposed to be here tomorrow. I've been frozen solid since last friday but with the warm days coming and on a south slope I'm hoping to be boiling again this weekend. Got any pics of your arch? I've had a 275 sitting around for a couple of years but no time to set it up. I'm using a 2X4 flat pan on a block arch that I've made several modifications to- mounted a door in a piece of 1/4" plate for the front end and built a grate out of 1-1/2" cast iron pipes with air under. It works pretty well but can never get the whole pan rolling. The front cranks but the back is lazy.
