No buds yet on the sugar maples in my bush just east of Frankford. A Red Maple in the yard is covered in buds. The Sugar on the opposite side of the drive has none.

The last of my snow melted this weekend and the frost is just about gone. Drying up nicely. My woods are on a north facing slope so late to thaw. Fields have been dry for a week now.
