Just shut down the fryers. I don't dare take the 'nearup' any lower in the pans. Another marathon boil and still a 20 gallon storage pail full of sap staring at me. When I emptied my buckets and jugs today at dinnertime they were running like they meant it. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to deal with all this sap. Who knew I'd be saying that EVER!
