I just pulled down half of my buckets I know it is to soon but I have made 16 gallons just to give away to family and friends so I have made enough. The other half of the buckets I split with a neighbour and I think he is going to boil a couple more times before we call it a season. I can't complain I have made more syrup this year than ever before.
