We made 267 gallons from Saturday to Monday and I'm exhausted! The sap was coming in cloudy and it was amber - but a great amber.

All in all a good weekend. We didn't break too many things (there's always something every day!) and the entire operation is getting easier to manage. Hopefully this cold spell brings crystal clear sap and monsooooon flows!
