Your trees, like the rest of us, are resting right now! A freezeup or two in the season is a good thing. Our best seasons have always been long and drawn-out with several pauses in the middle to let the trees re-charge. If we can get 5 weeks from first boil to last boil it's almost guaranteed you'll be happy with your stockpile of syrup at the end!
