Thanks Mike, Hope you have a great season. I only had 4 drills going yesterday and today, so, didn't quite finish. We lack a couple hundred in the main sugarbash and haven't even been in the small bush at the farm yet. I had 6 below this morning, and the RO room was pretty cold so I decided to wait until tomorrow to get the RO setup.

Howdy Bud, I started tapping today got about 50 taps in after work today. Planning on having 1160 last years total done by dark on Monday its a 4 day weekend for me. I plan on adding on as soon as I get these all in hoping to get to 1500. I already have my new mainline ready all I need is to attach saddles, laterals, and drops and tap. Jared

Good luck Jared, stay in touch. Let me know if you need anything. We have all but 300 or so tapped. Got the RO machine ready today, vacuum pump is running now, hoping to have enough sap by tomorrow night before the cold snap get here, to start the evaporator.

Well today was COLD! I think I am still on track to be done tapping by dark tomorrow. Tomorrow's high of 34 will seem quite nice compared to todays 18' feels like 2' that wind just didn't want to quit. Maybe it will run a little tomorrow hoping Tuesday's 41' pays off.

Looks like today might be warmer and the rest of the week may be into the 40s that should get things going.
It was a good weekend for the A &A Evaporator! Made almost 4 gallons off 150 gallons of sap! Hope this weather keeps it coming clear and sweet!

Looks like we will get 2-3 more weeks the 10 day looks up and down plenty of freezing nights to come still.
I was doing some wetland work today In Clymer twp. Off of Lad rd...lots of tubing over there.....but I noticed a lot of last years, or the year before, tubes on the ground through the woods. I would love to come clean up for anyone who wants that out of their woods just let me know.
