I went last night, saw some old friends. The vendors didn't seem to be all set yet. Today I will go see their new chip fired evaporator by CDL. The VVS FFA grows willow brush and chips and dries it for fuel. There will be a live demo at 9:00. Many of the sessions look good. 3 of us go so we can attend more sessions, but for the demo on chips my grandson will also be there. On the rest we split up.
Hope I see a lot of you there. I'll have a green hat "Dave & Joan's Sugarhouse". I'll also add "Maple Flats" to my name tag.
Dave Klish, I recently ordered a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
    After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.

Wow, that was definitely the door prize to win...

My first time going and I'd recommend it to anyone. Learned a lot, spent some money on new toys, and that much more excited about this year's season.
