    Well, sad to say but after taking all the info in from everyone we decide to use only one of the 5x6 pans. We will see what happens.
    PLANNED FOR 2013 5 X 6 EVAPORATOR, WAS GOING FOR 100 TAPS...200 SEEMS MORE APPROPRIATE(ME)(WIFE)
    2012- 25 TAPS SO FAR...MAYBE MORE WE WILL SEE HOW THINGS GO.

    I think that's a good idea. This way you'll be able to control things better and really get a feel for the process. You may even have fun doing it
