I was just at his shop today picking up my 2 in 1 2x6 pans. I'm very very pleased with the quality of his pans and the service I revieved from him. I gave him a call on Tuesday about prices and time and he had them ready for today. Give him a call and he'll quote you a price for the whole setup as I believe he has a couple different options that will change the price.

Although I got mine second hand I believe the last I looked they were about $5000-$5500 I could be wrong but it all depends on what you get. My 2x6 drop flue averages 32-35 Gal per hour, I used full bricks I am rebricking it this off season with split bricks as recommended by some other Phaneuf owners and they average a little higher. I am also adding air this year as well!!! hoping to average over 40 fro next season.

I have a 2X6 Raised Flu Patrick Phaneuf rig...love it! With no electric draft, I can can boil 30-35 gal/hour. I have mine completely bricked, clear to the flu stack and get a great boil. It has a very good draft, even without a "power draft".
