    Default Finished in Bridgewater

Tapped on Feb. 17. 210 taps ended up making 35 gallons only the last 3 gallons was grade B. With the crazy weather this season was better than expected. Only wish we had tapped about a week and a half earlier. Redoing our 2X6 arch this year, installing a stainless stack and extending our sugar house by about 6'. Hope to upgrade to a 3X8 in the next few seasons. Hope all had a good season.

Dr, where bouts in Bridgewater are you located? I live up by Mt. Cardigan in Alexandria. Pulled the pluck last Saturday when it started to get too warm. Only made a little over 2 gallons this year, made 12 last year.

We are off of River Rd. I grew up on Mt. Cardigan Rd. Nice area up there.
