    Default not cold enough???

Looking at next week's forecast, there are no lows in the 20's... This is only our 2nd year, but I thought we need 20's to keep the sap flowing... is it likely that the season could end this week??? We've only boiled down once, and that was only 20 gallons of sap, so I sure hope not!

I'll worry about next week's forecast, next week. Last week they had the exact same forecast for this week.

Don't pull your taps yet. The weather guys are always wrong. Wait for mother nature to deside when were done and the sap won't run. Nobody could wait to get started now there talking about it being done. I think I'll see what happens Tomorrow before I look to next week. Keith

yeah, that's true that it's not usually as warm as they say it'll be.. especially in Sandwich, where our trees are... it's just nerve wracking seeing the forecast with so few lows in the 20's in the next 10 days... hopefully this weekend will be good anyway!
