    79 YES, 10 NO
    Ice cold IPA's, maybe a mt gay rum and hot cider.
    2010 - barrel stove & a steam table pan. 10 - 12 trees
    2011 - same deal as the year before. My son is now hooked along with me.
    2012 - Took over the garden shed and set up a Mason 2x3. Hoping to tap 30 - 50 trees. Ended up with 100 taps out.
    Finished the season with 16 gallons made
    2013- - Purchased a Smokey Lake 2 x 3 Hybrid pan. WOW, what a difference!!

    (This is the only reason I started this hobby, an excuse to hang out in a warm building with friends in crappy spring weather, now they hang out and relax while I run around like a maniac!)

    Count me in that 82 yes 10 no. Just fyi I also brew beer with the sap instead of water make a great home brew I call Maple Cream Ale !!!!!!!!

    I'm a "no" for number 12. But I consider my thermal mug of Tim Horton's coffee to be on par with beer as far as an ultra-Canadian touch while making syrup.

    chaulk me up for 85 YEs plenty off cold beer storage just outsdie the front door. Or in the woodshed. In the wood shed usually happens after a few boils and theres room. Then when guest go out for beer they bring back beer and wood. Less for me to lug lol
