Glad to hear you're still around, I had not seen any posts from you for a while.
We collected our first sap on 2-1
Last week we got 900 gallons Thursday thru Saturday, boiled 30 hours straight Saturday-Sunday and ended up with 20 gallons or so. We have 18 gallons from the weekend bottled, with between 3 and 5 we need to finish and bottle. Looks like the weather will be good most of this week, too.

Taps out on Monday 3/12. Last batch of syrup puts total at about 24 gallons. A pretty good year.
Now comes the cleanup!
