As long as we're posting our wish list... I'd like the option to attach a photo or two to private messages. I don't know how many times I've either wanted to share an image or asked for one and ended up having to trade email addresses with another member to do it.

Way to go! Everyone scared off Tommy Sunshine.

Tommy... even though we act like a bunch of North-Eastern Fruit Loops obsessed with a Northern crop production... we can be kinda fun once you figure out our sense of humour (or lack of I guess).

A professional comedian! LOL I wish! I do have aspirations as much. Not today though, one day perhaps, but its not my day job just yet...

In actuality I am just a working sap (no pun intended) who knows more then he should when it comes to computers. I've had one since the 8th grade when a company cloned the Apple II+. The Franklin Ace 1000....

I met Chris a few years back and we talk from time to time and I speak about my websites so he asked me if I could do a few things here. I obliged, for a modest fee of course , always have loved me some maple syrup and that is where I'm at.

I've been busy at the day job recently and I don't want to do anything here too quickly anyway. I want to make this transition smooth and seamless as possible.

As to what we're up to right now, well, there are some constraints I'm dealing with in the process which make some measures time consuming with the fixes / changes. We are now running the latest version of PHP, though which is a good thing. I'm not sure if this alone has helped with the internal server errors, but hoping it has helped. I am also ready to push an upgrade of the forum software but just to the latest security version which shouldn't show any perceptible differences.

I'm not so sure if I am excited about upgrading to the 4x version of VBulletin just yet. I have set up a test forum which is the latest 3x. I want to run this test forum through the upgrade process to 4x to see what kind of difficulties I might encounter. My biggest worry about vbulletin 4.x is simply the cosmetic issues many of the 'Old Timers' might get pissed off about. I'm certain the new version is stable and offers many new features but I'm not wanting to get all fancified on you folk.

Anyways. Thats about it for now. Things are happenin and will continue to do so with the end result hopefully one which will keep you and new traders enjoying their community!

    Take care,

    -Tommy Sunshine!!
