I've seen a weak spot (slight kink) on the maple line collapse under high vacuum.
I vote not to put out new line untill its cooler, or they will pull appart in winter.
Install too cold and they will sag too much in summer and more critters can chew on it.
I know guys that use black up to 27" with many thousands of taps with no problems of colapse or pull apart.
