Default Maple bush properties for sale

Just thought that it would be a good idea to start a thread listing properties that have sugar camps on them or that have a significant amount of maples on them that are for sale. I am starting this under tapping canada-2011, but it could be moved to a more appropriate part of the site, if somone knows where it would fit best. The easiest way in Canada to identify a property for sale is to list the mls number if a real esatae agent is selling it, I'm not sure if they have the same system in the states. A general description of the property and a way to contact the person selling it would also work if it was a private sale not under a real estate agent.

Default Private maple bush near Arnprior, Ontario

This place looks great, although the current price is a bit much in my opinion. The mls number is: 781743 and here is a link to the listing http://www.mls.ca/propertyDetails.as...Key=1562121464

This looks like an okay deal to me. It's in a really desirable place, a little south of the Trans Canada, about 60 km to Ottawa. It looks like the ideal place for a sugarhouse that is visited by people that actually buy things. I would set up a combo antique shop and sugarhouse and open it to the public there. It would make a great business. You would have to put another $50,000 into it to get it going, but it would be worth it.

Here's another property that might have some maples:

It is old farmland, so that is favorable to maple trees.

The back 40 is in tree growth already.

It could make someone a nice homestead.
