Question Granulated Sugar - vacumm sealed ???

Well I made my first granulated sugar today and I read that it should be stored in a tight seal container. Well I bagged it up and used my vacumm sealer, will that be okay for now? I plan on getting plastic bottles next week which I would then use. It should stay dry and free of moisture in the vacummed sealed bag - ya think?

Howdy - I never made maple sugar - but - I was in a health food store today and they had bagged up maple sugar and it seemed soft like brown sugar and appeared to be put up in vacuum bags. -- Mike

Default I have mine in zip ock bags and don't seem to have any problems yet

I have mine both in Ziplock bags and the large glass sugar dispensers sealed with a canning jar lid with no problems
