    Default Bulk Tank

Found this bulk tank at an old dairy set up. Obviously out of business. Gave 300.00, i thought it was a deal. Got a line on a 600 gal. tank. The compressor was shot. Just left it at the farm. Oh yeah, there was a cat skeleton under the tank!!

Any SS tank at under $1 / gal is a deal. While some use the refrigeration, most do not. The compressor is a bonus they rarely come with.
Dave Klish, I recently ordered a 2x6 wood fired evaporator from A&A Sheet Metal which I will be converting to oil fired
Now have solar, 2x6 finish pan, 5 bank 7x7 filter press, large water jacketed bottler, and tankless water heater.
Recently bought another Gingerich RO, this one was a 125, but a second membrane was added thus is a 250, like I had.
    After running a 2x3, a 2x6, 3x8 tapping from 79 taps up to 1320 all woodfired, now I'm going to a 2x6 oil fired and a 200-425 taps.

I do believe WI has a lot more dairy farms. That's a positive for you. I know where more are but, there pretty proud of them.

Looking at the manhole cover that tank is a Surge Zero Vacuum tank. If You wanted to sell it you could get $800 very easily.

There are quite a few old dairy farms aroun me with some bulk tanks not being used. Problem is all the ones I talked to wont sell anything so they just sit there colecting dust. And Haynes after YOU soaked in that bulk tank it wouldnt be food grade any longer.
