Default Blank Calendar PDF for recording info

Like all of you, I'm tracking the 7 and 10 day forecasts and I always seem to be writing the info down on any scrap paper I have around.

I spent a few moments and made up a Blank Monthly Calender. I've attached a PDF of it for all to use if you want.
    12 taps for 2009.
    30+ for 2010.
    30+ for 2011.
2012- Still holding around 30+ with no help in sight.
2013-Still a loner but what a Fantastic yielding year
    2014- Forever a loner
2017-Still here, after trying to kick the habit.
Down to 15-20 taps with the intent to save my marriage.

Sap Haulers- Kids NADA, I tried but I'm on my own.

I had a very simple plan on documenting how much sap was collected from each tree on each day…a sharpie marker on the sap sack. Sound like it's feasible? I would enter the final information at the end of season per tree. I have also "waypointed" each tree with a GPS. So they all have a "unique" name.
