I just collected today and got probably 270 gals looks like i will be busy.Hopefully this will put me at the 40 gals of syrup.Best year for me so far.

I run mine level.So that all the sections are the same level.

I run my 2x6 with draft door open and other two doors closed and no damper in the stack.Mine boils hardest closest to the syrup pan but the boil does work its way to the back.

I use acid pan cleaner.You can use reuse it for multiple cleanings.

boiled another 240 gals of sap last night.If it wasn't for my vacuum i would not have the amount of syrup i have.This is my first year with vacuum .

Well after yesterdays boil i am up to 20 gals of syrup so far.Been a big difference from last year.

Don't get rid of it i epoxied the nipple back on and it is still going strong.I think that it will make it thru the season i hope. I am thinking i need a real releaser and bigger vacuum pump next...

This is kind urgent does anybody have a spare jar for a bender releaser they would like sell? Mine jar broke i tried to put it back together i would like to have a spare on hand in case it does not...

Had a pretty good day yesterday made almost 4 gals of syrup yesterday.

Abbot i have about 200 on vacuum and then another 120 on buckets i just checked my vac taps at 8 and they were still running.

Today it is running really good collected 150 gals at noon.It was still running really good should have another 150 gals now.

Just checked my vacuum taps and they were still running so i guess i will leave it on.Ready to boil tomorrow.
