It may be hard to find anyone buying, Bascom would be your best bet. They are usually pretty accommodating, good luck.
I had the same problem with a single bernard. I found I had a leak that would keep my bottom chamber from reaching the same vacuum level as the upper chamber for a while after a dump. Good luck
To me the flavor can be just slightly off (buddy), but it's the after taste that is really noticeable.
