Collected 235 L this morning from 22 taps, which was 4 days worth. I think half of it came in yesterday.
If the sugar content holds, I'll finish the season with 1 L per tap production.

I used 1/4-20 stainless steel hardware and stainless fender washers on the insulation side.
I too used comfortboard insulation on the vertical arch back.
But it is inside the firebox, resting on heavy angle steel and fastened
with stainless nuts,bolts and fender washers.
It got hot...
