Done! Cleaned up and on to the next part of the year. I hope you all had as good of a season as I did.

Well I hit my goal and then some, so I think I'll go out and pull my taps in the morning and start getting everything cleaned up and put away.

It's been running good here. It's been snowing on and off for days, but it's running good!

I put out 10 more taps today to try and make up for the last week of nothing. We'll see what happens.

Nothing in the buckets in over a week. Looks like maybe a few good days coming up though.

Buckets were still dry yesterday after work. It's most likely normal, but it sure feels like I'm missing out on some sap.

I got half of my taps in on Saturday. Every bucket is still dry as a bone, but not to worry because all my trees are in the woods and it's to be expected. My buddy has a few trees next to the road...

Perhaps putting a cupola on that gable shed would help a lot. We'll discuss that when I stop over! I noticed the steam bellowing out the upper access window, but I didn't see a cupola.
