water boiled at 210 so i boiled my grade a light syrup to 232 deg put in ice bath w/temp probe in it cooled to 60* then put it on my turn table paddle style mach. and 45min later looks like cream but...

well its done i have suction all the way im still getting a little water out of the moisture trap every couple hrs its getting cold again its 32deg. right now i'm wondering now should i keep the pump...

I have found some spots froze I'm pouring hot water on them it works ! Quick to I'm getting there . To far inbetween pump an releaser to change .

If you have a motor w/ 5/8"shaft and a pulley w/ 3/4" hole is there a sleeve you can get or just buy another pulley ? I know its a dumb ? But I had to ask

what size motor should i get? the old one isnt going to work its shot . im going 220v the old one had a 3" pulley on it could not read the hp. on it the pump has a 14" pulley dual belts
