We have had outstanding flows all season so far. The sugar % is not like last year but we are still making syrup. I look forward to the weekend with freezing today and warmer temps coming tomorrow...

Finally got the trees tapped and had our first boil this past weekend. My partner was pretty busy building a house for his daughter and SIL.
but now that is set we are running 220 taps on buckets...

Finished our season on 2-19, it was a banner year for us 1750 gallons of sap that made 33.5 gallons of syrup. The syrup is so much better than last year!
