Problem solved! great to know it was a factory problem. It was in the wiring harness were the technicians put in a poor splice job and it melted the wires together.

There are separate contactors for motor and air damper control. When primary is burned up it is the circuit that turns on the oil solenoids.

I think it would be an issue with not cooking it long enough.Most recommendations are 22-24 degrees above the boiling point. Also it could be you stopped stirring it to soon.

If there is no seal I will guarantee that you will have mold show on the top of a portion as they sit.I had this problem as well with caps like you are describing with a 25% fail rate.
