I also coat my pans with dish washing liquid works fantastic

Its been very slow not collecting much at all hopefully they will start dripping this weekend
I put in 75 Taps today couldn't wait any longer hopefully we will get good weather for them to start flowing mean while ill look for more wooden pallets

Anybody tapping this weekend it looks like there will be a little warming in the temps but then a freeze again just wondering what your thoughts are and will the trees still be in a deep freeze

I put a nice thick coat of liquid soap before I boil and let dry then after I finish boiling down I simply scrape the soot off with a hard plastic putty knife and rinse it with water it works for me
