12 + hour boil yesterday, about 50 gallons of sap down to a bit over 3 litres of syrup....not bad for Silvers, Norways, and some soft maples...light colour, a bit thinner than I’d like, but...

Event tent looks great Al, was thinking of doing one as well, so far I just move the wood wagon to cut the wind and use tarps to give a bit of shelter, no fun in the rain or wet snow...
