Silver Maples on my yard on Lake Winnebago. Glad I'm tapped in 80 miles north of here. Pulled 250 gallons yesterday off of 90 taps.

Looks like March 16th for me to tap in.

I looked at last year, I finished up April 23rd.

For my sake, I hope the thawing holds off until March 8th or so. A litter of Pups are do on March 3rd.

Starting March 9th.

The itch is always there. Tapped February 17th last year. Cooked 3 weekends in a row. 8 gallons.

My Febuary sap was struggling to hit 1.5 and my early March was just over 2.. My taps have been pulled for 2 weeks now as I made close to my 10 gallons needed and time constraints.

Curious, fellow Wisconsinites, What % is your sap coming in at?
