5 quart synthetic cone filter with several prefilters. It's not the most efficient but it works for now. Once the rest of my operation is Whete I want it, I will tackle filtering. But it 'polishes'...

We got our first boil in today. We grabbed about 90 gallons on monday. There was just enough cold here to kick start it. I will finish it tomorrow morning. Better weather seems to be coming.15804
