still going over here- right around 550 gallons on the year. Have 1300 gallons of 1.3% to concentrate tomorrow. sap is still pouring in, but im not sure after tomorrow how much...

We really did....We have almost 5 ft from the last two weeks- I have been in a hard freeze for 10 days. hoping for a great second half!

221 so far on the year- two feet of snow the last few days, and its froze up hard. Looking like it will be a good reset!
