They provide a steel plate that gets bolted onto the legs. Simply install the wheels after that plate is bolted and away you go. You'll need a car jack to raise the arch for bolting that...

First, No... The sugar sand doesn't go through the filters. The end result is crystal clear syrup. 2nd, I flat filter off the pan after boiling. This is where 90% of the sand gets caught. (Next week...
