Great season for sure . We have collected another 120 gal on 30 taps . Boiling this Sunday . Last week we cooked a beautiful batch of medium amber . The nicest I have ever seen

I should have 120 gal for Saturday night. This year I bought some wool filters and some pre filter. It helped but not 100%.

Took advantage of another early season. Just finishing up a all night boil here at the sugar shack. First run was 2.1%. Boiled 43-1 . Dropping the other half of our taps in today as well.
