    I think you’ll enjoy it! I had been boiling on various “hand crafted” setups and I’m amazed at how clean and soot free making syrup on a real evaporator can be :)

    @tapdrinker I’m breaking in a brand new Starcat as well. It is an impressive little rig. It took me a little trial and error to keep a hard boil going but I hit 7gph tonight. Glad I made the purchase.

    Picked up another 16 gallons of sap last night. 1.5% so it is improving. Boiled 20 gals on Sunday, but didn't finish to syrup. I'll be chasing buckets later today after the wind dies down.
