We are likely done for the year with 9 gallons syurp made.

We put in 50 taps Feb the 1st and have collected about 160 gallons of sap so far...not bad since last year we only got 200 gallons of 70 taps the whole season.

We gave up on a bunch of non flowing...

Like everyone has said just keep on kicking!

Our season started about 10 days ago right after the last real cold snap, so you are probably right in the middle of yours.

But on the other hand we have tapped about 22 trees and about 6 are producing about a...
