South wind today along with deep snow and well frozen ground, sap isn't going to run much. 4PM and we still have some snow on the branches of the trees. Like PerryW said, I don't think that there will be much sap until this next round of cold air passes by in about 7-10 days. By then maybe the snow will have shrunk some and the sap will just pour out of the trees.
