Maple Weekend

So i have no Kids this weekend going to boil everything off tommrow night. Saturday the wife and i are going to spend a day together i convinced her lets go check out some other sugar operations. So whos open and this weekend and where are you. And whos got a vacuum system near there sugarhouse i can check out. i will be adding vac to my 557 taps next year and i would like to see a setup working.

We'll be open for tours from 8-4 on Sat. and 9-4 on Sun. We have the sugar house end of it, but not the woods. The Barrington Fire Dept. across the street will be having a pancake breakfast Sat. morning from 8-11.

Russ Lampron (Loudon) has everything at his house, but the releaser w/ tank is down far away from th SH.

I'm not sure who you could check out with everything at the SH.

Red Maples and Journey's End maple are both on Vac and should be open this weekend.

We'll be crawling out from under the sap over load both days.

moose mountain maple, if you get over near Cornish we have every thing right at the sugar house! We installed a new dry claw type vacuum system new for this year ! We will be open Sat/Sun 9am to 4pm. Address is 13 Hunt Drive Cornish NH 03745. JimL. (NHMaplmaker)

I will be open 9-4 Saturday and 11-4 Sunday here at Red Roof Maples, 7064 Pleasant St Ext, Loudon NH. Like Josh said my releaser is set up down in the woods but a ride down on the 4 wheelers isn't out of the question. If you were to come after closing on Saturday or before opening on Sunday I could spend more time with you. I also have an RO if you want to check that out.

Jim how do you like the new vacuum pump? I was looking at those at Lapierre's open house last year.

I am at 137 willow rd, East kingston I will open 10-3 both days all my stuff comes right to back of the sugarhouse. releaser is right in back!!! 2 pipe sap ladder set up about 40-50 feet in back of the sugar house. (although I have to build a bridge to it its in the swamp!!!:rolleyes:) but I have lots of pallets so I was thinking of putting some down to get to it. I have a little bb2 but its a good runner!!!

Is maple weekend set for 2012 season? My wife and kids want to participate in this event. Thanks Lee

yes I think it is the 24th-25th of march this year.
