Tapped 100 last weekend - had a few good runs this week enough to fill the 2x6 evaporator last night - about 150 gallons sap so far. Working through the snow to get 200 more buckets out this weekend.

Some pictures of the operation
Curious whats on the end of your drill. Bucket brush you made or something you bought. Good idea, I bet it saves alot of time!
That is a bucket brush from leader. Pricey, but cuts my bucket cleaning time down considerably. I made a 1" to 3/8" adapter for the cordless drill, and invested in some waterproof boots/snowpants!
50 more taps today
35 more taps yesterday, trees are running good. 2 gals light-medium amber so far.
hey ryan farms, do you sell any syrup, im in suffield too are you open to the public?
I do not have open hours to the public but would be willing to show off the operation at request. I plan to sell this year for the first time, just waiting on custom labels which should be here by next week.
I am boiling tomorrow morning with my last batch of sap!

Good season - 22.5 gallons
I'm surprised you're pulling the plug with the great sap weather coming up this week. My taps are flowing today. I will say that production is down on the taps I put in 2/12 and I think I read that's when you put most of yours in. I had a section of woods that I couldn't get to because of snow until last weekend and wasn't going to tap there until I saw the weather and actually tapped them yesterday! Funny because we're probably 25 miles apart!
Glad you had a great season!
