Data-based tapping guidelines for organic maple production

The Proctor Maple Research Center is looking for producers to participate in a new research project to develop data-based tapping guidelines for organic maple production. We’re looking for certified organic producers in VT who are:

- Adding new taps for the 2018 season in trees that haven’t been tapped previously
OR
- Planning to thin some trees during the next few years
