The New York State Maple Producers Association will once again be sponsoring the "Winter Classic" to be held at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse January 7th and 8th 2022. Our Board of Directors has decided that we can once again have an in person event. State and local health protocols will be followed. Stay tuned for further information.
